My boyfriend asked my why I closed my eyes when we had sex. Is it bad?

if sex offenders move do they have to re-register?

sex offenders must register either annually or bi-annually(i think)if a sex offender moves to a new location though, do they have to re-register even if they have already registered once for that period of time?
